I'd have to agree...just because every female above the age of 9 in Umineko has a prominent chest, doesn't mean that every female character that Ryukishi07 introduces needs huge oppais. And in either case, I can see a slight curvature indicating that the lady in red is definitely a lady. (here's hoping I don't get proved wrong
