What do you mean? It makes perfect sense. Its obvious both Hitsu and Harri have been reading from the same tactics of war book, and they basically have the same demeanour with her not being a bad guy by nature, only fighting for Aizen becuase she felt indebt to him.
As for why Hitsugaya is fighting Shunsui, meh...say he couldnt wait 100 years to take Shunsui's spot so he lured him to HM where they could both ambush him...
