I think Sora lied to her brother about her bad dream she had. She just crying because her plan to go on date(let's say it's a one-day vacation) with her brother was ruined because Haru go out with Nao instead. She just wants her brother attention than anything else. Sora just obsessed of keeping Haru to herself since he is the only family she had. Their parents and grandparents are now gone.

However her obsession turn into more sexual as she encourage Haru to touch her breasts and see her naked body. While Haru tried his best to avoid it but for Sora, Haru is more than just a brother. He is her lover as well. I also think Haru was disgusted to see Sora masturbate while moaning his name. He was disappointed that his responsibility as a brother failed as his sister wants to sleep with him.

It seems this arc may not going to be good as I hoped for. It deal with psychological problems more than anything else. Unlike in Nao's arc which its theme "she is my lover and as my sister please accept it".
