The big question is what format will they decide to do... I'd prefer a TV series so I wouldn't have to wait but they might have to censor and cut out a lot, not to mention the animation quality from having a lower budget versus an OVA or movie.

An OVA release similar to
Kara no Kyoukai would be the most suitable decision.
