So basically a 10 chapter detour of Haruto's life with a vague timeskip in the middle which tweaks everyone's characters and sidesteps the muckiness of a lot of going out dating with no forward movement, only to end up back where we were with an awkward "I don't know what to say" Eba and a dopey "I don't know what to do" Haruto.
