For the curious, zips 7-18 cover around 100 pages of the 巴マミ tag with things from sketches, chibis, sprite art, comics and art dumps where she appears, with absolute rubbish and R-18 stuff excluded. If you are after R-18 stuff, I'd assume you're old enough to know how to navigate Pixiv and put together tags to search with. I'll see about making a dent in Madoka top of the morrow.
