Funny, my struggle at the moment is to take the show on its own merits and not see it as
Azumanga Daioh meets
Ichigo Mashimaro. That's based solely on the trailers and having seen the manga covers in bookstores (they are quirky enough to catch the eye, I'll grant them that), so in fairness I really should read the manga before jumping to conclusions.
