Because of what happened, I suddenly thought of this series and decided to take a look at it. Just finished marathoning the entire series.
Furuichi was amazing. I really shed tears then.
But the ending...wow, that sucks, really sucks. Instead of a journey home helping to bring things into perspective, the story just derailed there.
Oh man...
