If ANN didn't air it... I'd *guess* the alternate route extra episodes (true 12, 13, 14, 15) are not licensed. Final call is up to the AS site owner I'd say. This "sort of licensed" limbo produced by the existence of sites like ANN and Crunchy Roll introduce new ground and there's lots of head scratching at times.
