The poem at the end of episode 5:
Let us dye our clothes//
the color of cherry blossoms//
as a memento to wear//
after the cherry blossoms fall
is in reference to Akane gaining a new outfit and the hanashizume (blossom falling) season.
All of the poems are loosely tied to the story if you think about it.
