Okay unlike a lot of people I loved the content of this episode. I don't understand everything without the subs (although I read the summaries so I am a little more informed than usual).

But it's like no I didn't see any of this coming but if I look back it was all set up well. Not to mention I am not going to judge this turn of events until we see how everything unfolds. This was the start of the final novel, so of course it was going to be a game changer.

And like others I am not worried about my ship Ringo X Shouma at all. I don't think the ending is going to be

Himari & Shouma..if it was it would not have been set up like that, trust me.

However I love that Shouma is finally shown to be the important one in all this even if he might not realize it

My only disappoint is the ending of the 2nd novel with Ringo & Shouma seems to have come to nothing in the anime (sigh).

As for Kanba

I still think he is redeemable. Yes I think he is being manipulated and he probably was since he was 13. Hence I am not sure if he should know better, since the manipulation was probably happening for some time.

If anything I think he has become more interesting to me. I am still not 100% sure whether I think he is related to Masako or not (and if she knows this). Although it does make sense in a lot of ways (they even look alike). But then why the kissing & hunting scene *so confused*

The only thing I didn't like about this episode was the animation was awful. Character designs were totally off and in at least one scene there was barely any movement

When Masako & Himari were talking, Penguin 3 and Esmeralda were just completely still, what a waste of the penguins

edit: Nina Wolken, Kanba was 13 not 8 when they found out their parents were terrorists. It happened 3 years prior to the start of the story.
