Speaking of riding a bicycle, I stopped riding around the age of 12 due to lack of interest, but tried again on a whim several months ago, assuming I'd be proficient even 10 years later. You know that old saying, "it's like riding a bicycle, it comes back to you," well, I did not have that experience at all.
While I could ride somewhat, I fell several times and had trouble climbing a hill. Anyone else experience this? Is that folk knowledge BS or am I just an odd case?
