Forgot to note that but by the time you get to a million lyrical points, you should be able to unlock those augmentations.
Basically the augmentations will give extra defense power or attack power or augment a particular aspect.
Long Range Power = gives an increase in long range spell attacks
Cross Range Power = gives an increase in close range combat attacks
Burst Power = gives an increase in damage to all Full Drive Burst attacks
There are things like Drive Stock which gives you 1 more Drive Stock for the matches, etc.
