Well, Kuroka asks Ise if he wants to have babies with her since Vali rejected her offer.
However, Koneko says she won't hand her Ise-senpai over.
I don't think Kuroka actually cares for them other than for their dragon genes.
On a side note, Koneko once mentioned that cat demons have a habit of mating with other races...
