Nanoha and Stern are also dissimilar, and yet get along.
Hayate also gets along with Dearche, even if Dearche doesn't get along with Hayate.
It's not about the existence of differences, but the willingness to accept differences. Intolerance is immaturity.
Dearche is the most immature of the six. Yes, even more than Levi.
Levi is impulsive, thoughtless, and perhaps a little dim, but she is more emotionally mature than Dearche. She is willing to accept that people and circumstances aren't always just as she wants them.
Dearche wants too much. She wants to be in control, she wants to be her own idea of "perfect", and she wants others to be her own idea of "perfect".
This is why she is the most frequently unhappy.
