Is it really that hard to understand Villa doesn't want Mugi in Kiss anymore. I'm betting he wanted Mugi to join Madoka and Lan because I think he wants something better for Mugi and a life with the two is more preferable than a life as a member of Kiss. Also as a pilot of a Vox she has a bigger responsibility and being a member of Kiss might add more burden to her.
