Not a surprise actually, they had built consistently strong empires that lasted for 4-5 centuries.

The FBI probably paid Hector to introduce someone to do this. Heck this entire thing is probably a CIA operation......the Anon attack is probably used to divert attention away from stealing the defence contracts.
