You do realize the usa and mexico signed an
extradition treaty back in 1978?. Maybe the extradition of many
drug lords in recent years hasn't grabbed your attention. *sigh* I suppose I can't fight with the image of so many hollywood flicks where the bandits cross the border to evade justice, because if shown in a flick, it must be true -_-
