The anime (finished airing) and the Heaven's Door manga (still going but hasn't caught up to the anime yet) contains the "main story". The manga's ending will probably be the same as the anime's.

oh? i assumed heavens door was the "track zero" manga, and that their was another one for the main story.
also, i was under the impression that there was a light novel version of the main story.
isn't it a little odd that the back-story is available in both book and manga but the actual story is anime only.
