As most animes at episode 12 or 13 have a little 'way-point', it might be indicated as such by the appearance of a second ending song sung by Yoko Ishida, called Aka no Seijaku. She was also the singer who did White Destiny, the opening song for the Pretear anime.

Fyi, I posted about this in the old thread before the hack, that the CD for the new ED was scheduled for a February 2006 release.
