That's even worse... if we treat the two hanchans separately that meant as you've said Saki got two consecutive +/- zero.
Beside that I've noticed something else its not just two consecutive zero's either ...
Notice that both Saki's score is
exactly the upper boundary and the lower boundary limit of achieving +/- zero. I wonder if that is deliberate?
Using a modification of my previous post:
Since you get +/- zero if you score range between 4600 - 5500
First hanchan
Saki started with 99600 → 105100; thus she has + 5,500
And Saki got the upper boundary limit of scoring +/- zero (5,500) so first hanchan Saki broke even.
Second hanchan
Saki started with 105100 → 109700; thus she has +4,600
And now Saki got the lower boundary limit of scoring +/- zero (4,600) so second hanchan, Saki also broke even.
In a twisted way its also breaking even using the scale 4600 - 5500 since if you took both the lowest and highest value and average it you'll get the mean (exact middle point).

What mirror world I have fallen into?
I'm getting more scared of Saki than of Teru...
