Still doesn't change that Dick didn't use his sticks in that way untill after Tim appeared and started using a staff. Than they pilfered that from Tim and gave it to Dick just like they transfered Tim's detective skills, cool gadgets, and the such to Dick.
That wont happen, they couldn't even give Tim his own team in Young Justice. It was "safer" to use Dick, a convienent excuse to steal things from Tim and Jason than giving it to Dick. Just like DC has stolen everything good about Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain and pilfered it to Barbara. Which is only more insulting since DC has a mandate out saying Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown are not allowed to be used by any of their writers(Ot any forms of Media), instead they must settle for Barbara.
So this is just another insult added to the long list that DC has dished out to those like Tim.
