Looking at tracker, Atago Hiroe is in Top 12 for appearing for maybe 30 seconds (probably way less than that) total in the anime. Nijou Izumi, who appear basically every single episode, is actually out of Top 12...although, yeah, this is not that strong of a group (The top is strong, but the 11th-20th-ish girls are not...)
For who? Toki? (She remains the most impressive performer in prelim. Yes, she's 4th in total vote after Nodoka (337), Ako (347), and Kyouko (341). Her margin of victory is still the greatest though, and it's against Saki, no less...)

It's Hina v. Mio v. Matsumae for the most part so far. Will see whether Mio and Hina eventually pull away with Matsumae finishing 3rd.
On a side note on tracker result, nice to see
Yamada Yurin getting well deserved love so far. Of course, it does help when this group is fairly weak...
