If this show finishes with ALO, if they ever want to make a second season, GGO and some side stories would be left (unless they animate Vol. 7). If they won't animate Aincrad flashbacks (as in every SS not animated) and Vol. 7, it would be enough for 12/13 episodes?

GGO + Caliber would be about 12 episodes I think? GGO is kind of fast paced though so they might have to fill some bits in. I'd hesitate putting Mother's Rosario in too because that would definitely push it over and there's nothing else to use to fill out a second cour unless you started Alicization which would be a very bad idea.
