There is only one way to enjoy this kind of show:
You stack up on unwatched episodes until you have at least 50 of them (or one complete arc, if you bothered to keep track of that).
Then you skip the OP, ED, previous episode recap and any kind of recycling of old material while watching. This will cut down a typical episode length to about 10 minutes.
Also don't hesitate to skip filler episodes as soon as you feel a slight attack of boredom.
By doing this, you might transform them into decent shows, if you like that genre to begin with.
