Not quite, and even though Nobuna didn't talk about the plan for her idols, she mentioned to Akechi about her castle.

When Nobuna and her merry friends were camping at a forest in Tenma en-route to Osaka waiting news from Yoshiharu (Hanbei was protecting Mt Toragoze from Asai-Asakura ), she showed Akechi the blue print for Azuchi Castle.

But no worries Nobuna-sama", and started to talk about her plan: When the Reconciliation is achieved between Oda and Honbyouji, Juubei would have the people of Honbyouji to move to Kyou so that she can build a larger castle there in Osaka that would not lose to Nobuna's Azuchi Castle. Juubei asked from Nobuna to give Osaka to Yoshiharu because the reconcilation would be his achievement and Juubei was going to marry him..
Bla bla bla and Nobuna was annoyed that she wanted to cut Juubei again.

When it came for Akechi's turn to do her (solo) Manzai, she started with her boastful talk about her being elegant, beautiful, and high-born descendant of Toki Clan that made the Honbyouji followers (girls) irritated.
She said that she who was given the task for Kyou security and negotiation with Hieizan (Mt Hiei) would eventually be tasked with managing Honbyouji.
And for her wedding celebration, she wanted to build a large castle and would like the believers to move to Kyouto.

The new location would be on the soil of Yamashina, where the head temple of Honbyouji once built. Juubei was going to build a new Honbyouji on its birth place, and although it would be a little far from the Capital, the people could enjoy the natural beauty of Mt Daimonji. It was the first time Eizan (Mt. Ei) was called as Hieizan (Mt Hiei). *
And I didn't found Nobuna-Frois Manzai (altered from Yoshiharu-Frois manzai, which wasn't funny too) as amusing. The part I loled was the title Daikoukai Jidai (Time of Great Regret) instead of Daikoukai Jidai (Great Voyage Era/Age of Discovery) :P
