When does Honoka join the Student Council? I reread Arc 06 and it said she was making a lot of mistakes in her work because of the upcoming Valentine's Day.
BTW, I looked at the illustrations for vol 7 and that character on the third last page, I'm guessing that's Miyuki in her mobile suit? Was there any mention of her mobile suit cause I don't remember reading anything about it in the Arc 3 summary?
