I'm quite sure that she called the cops as soon as she escaped. It was the fact that she introduced the girls to these guys and the fact that she escaped while they called her for help caused the girls to hate her.
It was unfortunate for the victims, but what else was Himiko supposed to do? Stay around and get raped as well? In weird twisted way, I'm sure the girls would have been satisfied if that happened, even though those girls were the ones so excited to see these guys anyway. In the end, these guys are the ones truly to blame, but those girls felt betrayed.
