- OP2 is kept in.
- Cayenne gets his Dark Wedding vision thing again when Mykages talks about taking Mikono's body becoming God of blah blah blah, this time Mykage's image replaces Kagura's.
- Cayenne, Shrade, Andy, MIX and Rena get their last episode gattai scenes.
- Extended scene before Crea uses her teleport powers: One of Ancient AQ's hands grows freaking swords on it's fingers and Shrade's spirit pilots Geparda to finish that hand off. Shrade then says goodbye and turns into butterflies.
-
Another one of Shrade's piano tunes plays as BGM due to the extended time. My mistake, it's the rest of Zekkou Encore. I forgot the song had a different sounding part towards the end.
- New scene just as Mykage takes out Amata, Kagura and Zessica. Yunoha tries to reach for her handle and is supported by... Tama. Turns out Jin's soul has been in Tama the whole time.
- Full version of Zero starts playing around that scene.
- Yunoha, Jin, Crea and Cayenne re-gattai into that four legged Aquarion with the cannons and shoots Jin & Yunoha's barrier attack to stop Mykage's attack on EVOL.
- Amata's naked-in-space scene is longer because Yunoha, Jin, Shrade, Cayenne & Crea also say his name.
- Aquarion LOVE has a new paint job. It's now mostly silver/metallic-ish. They made a mistake on that during the TV broadcast because even the TV version on disc has the new corrected colours.
- Full version of Genesis of Aquarion (minus the Japanese lines at the start) starts to play during Mykage & Fudou's scene. The song no longer abruptly cuts to the last lines when Amata & Mikono emerge from LOVE at the end.
- Gekkou Symphonia returns as the final ED. Crea's illustration is added this time.
So what I got out of this in the end was that Yunoha will likely be spending the rest of her life loving a plush toy now that Jin is Tama.
While I liked that the full version of Zero played I kinda prefer if they had played a different track and left Zero to start just like in the TV version. It felt more effective that way.
