Regarding Credit Cap, nothing I've heard of. However, please be aware that foreign credit cards are blocked by Sega JP, so you will have to get through webmoney if you want AC.
The grind is easy, but nothing particularly fun (as at some points, the vast majority of regular bosses are easy and predictable, save few exception like zech)
And no, you don't have you own starship. The gameplay is solely on foot as of now.
