The analysis of that account screenshot has leaned toward much conversion of elite tank XP for (a great deal of) money, and almost certainly a secondary trolling account, because they didn't get that good by staying in the LOLTraktor.
As for XVM, the one thing that I'd like it for is to make Locastan's HD Minimaps fully-functional, with the added bonus of tank types on the map.
