Like I said in the Latest Chapter thread, the chapter is having 32 pages. So be prepaed for a (much?) longer summary Here it is:

Urara is with her mother, and Keima is trying to talk to her through the barrier, to no avail. Some thinking. Shoutarou and the ghost are talking. The lady mentions how the gramps has not noticed something important. But still, she will not hand Urara back to him. Dokurou takes the old man home and meets Keima. A little chat about the barrier before Keima talks to Shoutarou about Urara and the devil. A hole is opened in the barrier. The mother is taking Urara around and asks her where she wants to go, and Urara says that she wants to go home for homework. The mother says she wants to be Urara, who says that her grandfather will be worried about her. Shoutarou appears and invites Urara to return home with him. The spirit is mad and throws the roller coaster train at him. Urara tells her mother to stop and is pushed back. She realizes her mother is not the real one and asks the spirit who it is. The ghost argues but is her point is invalidated by Urara. The latter tries to go to her (alive but stuck) gramps's place and the spirit tries to stop her by building a wall. Urara inquires the spirit to ler her pass. The ghost wants her to be with him so that she is not alone. Whih is false because she has Yanagi, friends at school. The lonely one is her grandfather since the loss of her parents. She says she can not help him because she is a child. She wants to be an adult as soon as possible to help him. Shoutarou is beginning to understand. Urara is going to beat the spirit. But she is stopped bu her old man saying that there is no need for battling. A little talking before Urara embraces him. The fictive world is falling apart, and the spirit talks to Urara and wishes her well. It then flies in the sky, and Keima suggests to call Elsie to catch it and to tell the gramps to stop the construction. FIN.

And the chapter is 21-page long. The rest are about Kanon. Here's the summary:

First story: Kanon is an idol. But due to some devilish magic, she has turned into a child. She is called Maron Nakagawa. She needs to get back to her original form. She could defeat the demon while attending school (she does not get her original form back) but can't sing all right. She calls her manager about that. Okada likes the idea of a band of bad singers. Elsie suggests Kanon to capture the demon. Kanon turns into a magical girl and defeats the demon with a song. It is captured. FIN.

Second story: Kanon (as Maron) is in the bath with Kozue, her classmate who stays over at her house. Kozue wishes to have Kanon's autograph but that would be like a dream. Around that time, there is an abnormal event. There is a demon whi hates girls and turns them into men. Kozue talks to Kanon about something weird on her body. Kanon is talking with Okada by phone, and the manager likes the idea of a band of male idols. Kanon turns into a magical girl and defeats the demon. The next day, Kozue asks Kanon is she has something weird on her body. She says no. We get a palen with Elsie with the bottle and Keima gaming. FIN.

By the way, chapter 223 will be out in issue 19, and this is issue 15. Do the maths.
