In 9:36 she literally says "Tsukuyomi" should have come. However as far as I can tell Tsukuyomi is younger then Amataratsu and is her younger brother sooooo there's that....
However it might also explain why he hides his face. In the wiki article it explains that Amataratsu refuses to ever look at Tsukuyomi after an incident which is why day and night is never together.
