To be fair, a book is literally just words. Subtitles, on the other hand, is like a screen-play script without any directing. It's missing audio and visual which make up the whole package. In other words, they're fracking stupid.

Any lawyer with half a brain will get that charge dismissed. Technically, the payments would be for mere visits. Whether subtitles were downloaded is inconsequential to the ads generating revenue.
