It really varies, but at least some of the female characters are amazing.
Also, Pocari, StrikerS doesn't need to be deleted. Just 80% of it. Which is still better than the manga, of which 103% should be deleted. Now on Kazumi which I no longer have a grudge against, Season II of Shana though...
