However Rasing heart can control the fortress shields. The whole point of both types of cannons is to turn the force of the attacks into pure impact damage, or something along those lines.
Anyway most of the anti ec equipment is specialy tailored for its wielder besides the hammer and strike cannon which are long and close range respectfully.

Oh yeah I noticed no one else can do it.... So none of the weapons alone can do such things (flying around... Etc)
