I'd think more in game terms as in "did anybody think to program/design this in?" and the answer is probably no; the limits of the game systems seems to be based on the rule set of the MMO as opposed to a general catch-all. Provided they aren't trying to write up an item, such as a skill scroll or what have you, it'd probably ignore what they do. If they were to write stuff that somewhat intersected with producible scribe items though then I imagine there would be a problem.
