I think the latest episode might have worked better without the exaggerated expressions and slapstick comedy...the mood swings in this episode were a little too abrupt for me. First there's this muscle guy acting like a clown and in the next moment, Sumizome is crying and showing her vulnerable side in front of "Keiko". It's supposed to be a precious moment but the slapstick comedy before that makes it difficult to appreciate...
Some developments also felt unnatural/rushed, especially the Sumizome/Keiko dynamic which I liked much better in the manga. On the other hand, I should be grateful that they are rushing it, otherwise I wouldn't see Sumizome's story animated at all in just 10 episodes
