Mitsumasa never knew he had a son or at least he never gave his last name to Hyoga, the manga says her mother went to Japan to show Mitsumasa his son but then, the ship sank and she died.
The point is, name doesn't matter for nationality in a world were races are mixed a long time. So there is nothing wrong with Tokisada being greek.
