If they will do that at all that is the perfect time. Her get happy jump in his arms and kiss him. Then the school gets ready to attack him and ALL the girls stand in front of him.

Seeing them kiss would be worse than just a rumor that may or may not be true. They can still just say no that's not true. Rias is top girl and Ise is pretty much bottom they can someone blow that off and say ok that too much credit for him.
