Be careful with the "Report Spam" button
A little while back I changed the way the forum sends email, it now goes through a professional email sending service that can give me easy insight in which emails are delivered and which are not.
One important feature of this email sending service is that it supports
email Feedback loop (FBL). This means essentially that with certain providers, if you hit the "Report Spam" button on one of the emails the forum sends our provider will get notified.
When our email sending provider receives a report from you that you clicked the "Report Spam" button for a forum email it will blacklist your email address for 1 year. Meaning, you will not receive any more mail from the forum for that period.
Needless to say that could cause some issues if for example you need to reset your password or want to receive notifications from the forum. You can use the
Contact Us feature to contact us if you might have accidentally marked email from the forum as spam.
