Hint mentioned something about the one who intended to commence night combat after the destruction of Nagumo Carrier Fleet but ended up retreating from orders.
Most of us expected Sendai, but based on the hint, new speculations points towards Nagara.
Nagara became the new flagship of Nagumo after he abandoned the burning Akagi. He considered pursuing the Americans at night but the attack was called out because the Americans were retreating which would have not allowed them to close the gap in time.
Now place your bets: Sendai or Nagara?
