Personalities or the actors/actresses themselves? If it's the latter, then I assume it's either a British show or filmed in the general UK area. If that's the case, they actually share a LOT of actors between various shows.
There's even talk of Tywin, now that he's "free", becoming a certain recurring character on Doctor Who.
