An alternative universe actually
I still needed to keep the IS relevant after all. Not all the universes have the IS completely written off. Even Driviaverse has the IS still under development but in that world only Tabane would have an IS. Everyone else has the Drivia systems which are pretty boned considering they can't fly. At least that's what's shown for now. If I add in this Ichika to the multiworld xover of IS and its alternatives. This Ichika would be the wild big brother type while Driviaverse Ichika is the cool smart guy.
