Personality and Behavior are two different things.
Ravel is his manager unless if Ravel doesn't marry Ise even after 30 years, i'd say Ise is spending lots of time with Ravel.
Also if the wives are equally busy who's to say that Ise is the only one at fault? The mothers might not even spend time with their kids as well hence the closeness to Asia.
