You're assuming she's not at her best just because she had things in her mind. But she was fighting with all she's got. She wasn't hesitating or making mistakes. She actually used her head and pulled some good counters. As far as I'm concerned, that means she was at her best. Vivio beat her because she's smarter and has better magical control. She's also becoming a better martial artist then Einhart. She was already catching up to Einhart even before this fight.
