Kazuha us elitist, she probably is around same level as Momoka, but refuse do anything but rare minimum required. I can respect that, but putting it on pedestal like you is completely different matter.
Momoka is pretty much most professional here, she can act, interact with fans and is even willing help her kouhai in need and always keep her image. There is no real flaw here.
As for Chitose, she is pretentious, alright. Glory hound? Definitely. Regardless, she did put effort and improved her acting. She also learned full version of song which was NOT required. And still waiting for you explain about that "get everything by manipulating others" which coming pretty much out of nowhere.
