1)Facade is not nonsense. It's requirement. And Kazuha think she is above it. So yeah in a way she is elitist.

2) Chitose did get better by means available to her. This "real acting" is not something she would be able do. Not in time for KuuSuru anyway. Using clichés and patterns serve as good reference points. Chitose is stupid and all these "real acting stuff" are completely beyond her. If she will continue this way she will eventually learn how to act simply by amassing enough experience.

3 Either way her method of acting nor her defusing situation didn't involve manipulating anyone. And there are no hints she is gonna manipulate anyone in future. If something it will r who get manipulated by others due her naive arrogance.
