It's published by Bandai Namco, so it probably won't be an exclusive. So PS4 / Pro, XBOX One / Scorpio... and probably PC too.
There isn't a lot of information out yet.
But I'm pretty sure it's not Bloodborne 2. The Bloodborne franchise is owned by Sony, so Bandai Namco can't touch it.
It may be something similar to Bloodborne but with vampires... I guess.
I'm officially on the hypetrain for this one.
