This scene is from the Harem Route of Love And Purge, apparently unlocked only after completing the girls' individual routes. Ichika finds himself to be Genji from The Tale of Genji (in case you haven't read it, it's THE go-to tome of loli-con harem about the love life a disowned prince in 10th century Japan). The girls? His harem of course!
Strange as it is, they seem to be aware from the beginning that they were trapped inside a VR, and has been told by no other than TATENASHI (gasp!) to play alone. The gang (sans Tatenashi) struggles to find answer, only to have Tatenashi revealing her true color--a VR Ichika bent on eradicating the real deal and live with the girls in this VR harem forever!! And it seems that the girls, now under a trance, is MUCH more content with this fake one...
